Keep Up With the Programme – Anna Maloney, Diocesan Adviser for Post Primary Schools and a music team, will introduce you to the music of the Emmanuel 2016 – the Second Level School Music Programme.
Mass From Within – Colette Furlong, will speak about a new initiative on understanding the liturgy that can be introduced at the start of both the Sunday and weekday Liturgy. The aim is to inform and deepen the experience of those who attend the celebration of the Eucharist in a gentle and creative way
Liturgical Feng Shui – Damian McNeice, will explore the topic of liturgical space including the placing of elements and objects in the church to best advantage while respecting good practice in this area.
A Mixed Bag – Pat O’Donoghue, will present a varied menu of ideas for the celebration of the Jubilee Year of Mercy. These will include models of Services of Reconciliation. He will also offer a model of a prayer service drawn up from the encyclical of Pope Francis, Laudato Si, on Care for Our Common Home.
The Universe Story. This experiential workshop is very timely with the emphasis this month on Creation and Pope Francis’ Encyclical Laudato Si. Sr. Colette Kane O.P will explore this topic and lead people into a deeper understanding of the Universe Story. This is definitely food for the soul.
